Disability Access and Inclusion Plan - have your say

Our Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP) for 2016 to 2021 supports our ongoing commitment to providing accessible and inclusive services and information.

We invite our members and their families, and the wider community to provide feedback on the plan by completing the Access and inclusion - member and community feedback form.

Your feedback will help us plan for future initiatives and develop strategies for disability access and inclusion.

Site accessibility

Our website has been designed to be accessible to as many users as possible, including people with disability and people with technical constraints, such as older browsers and lower speed internet connections.

The website currently meets most of Level A of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).The website has been developed to display adequately on all commonly used browsers and to work effectively with accessibility hardware and/or software.

We are in the process of updating our website to meet Level AA accessibility of WCAG 2.0. As part of this program of works we are investigating if our Member Online service can be made more accessible.
