The website currently meets most of Level A of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).The website has been developed to display adequately on all commonly used browsers and to work effectively with accessibility hardware and/or software.
We are in the process of updating our website to meet Level AA accessibility of WCAG 2.0. As part of this program of works we are investigating if our Member Online service can be made more accessible.

To help ensure that you can exchange documents between Microsoft Office releases, Microsoft has developed a Compatibility Pack for the Office Word, Office Excel, and Office PowerPoint 2007 file formats.
