December 2016 statements are now available

If you chose to receive your statement electronically before 31 December 2016, your statement is now available in Member Online.

For all other members, you will receive a printed statement in the mail. We are mailing statements over three weeks starting from 10 March 2017.

If you haven't received your statement by 18 April, please contact your Member Services Centre on 13 43 72 between 7.30am and 5.30pm (AWST), Monday to Friday. If you need help with Member Online, please read our Member Online help guide or contact your Member Services Centre.

Your Member Statement provides you with important information about your account, other than just your account balance.
