GESB's subsidiary, formally trading as GESB Financial Advice (GFA), closed in 2012. As a result, GESB no longer provides access to financial advisers through GESB Financial Advice. This was part of a wider government super reform and followed the State Government's endorsed Whithear recommendation.
GESB offers a number of trusted1 services through a range of channels so members can make informed decisions about how to manage their super.
You can contact your Member Services Centre on 13 43 72 Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 5.30pm (WST). You have access to educational tools through the Learning centre, including online resources such as brochures, fact sheets, calculators and webinars, as well as member seminars in metro and regional WA.
Member Online also gives you secure and convenient access to your account, anytime.
