    GESB appoints new CEO

    GESB has appointed a new Chief Executive Officer. Howard Rosario comes to GESB with a high level of experience as a CEO. He spent more than 22 years at the helm of Westscheme. Under his leadership, the fund grew to 215,000 members and $3.5 billion under management.
