     Member Online is our secure online service giving you access to your member account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With just a couple of clicks you can take control of your super.

    You can use Member Online for all of the following:

    • Check your account balance and recent transaction history
    • View and print your member statements
    • Make contributions to GESB Super or West State Super via BPAY®
    • Change your investment plan for West State Super and GESB Super
    • View and change your insurance cover
    • Print a personalised super consolidation form
    • Register to receive your member statement online
    • View your current investment performance (not applicable for Gold State Super)

    Register for Member Online and see how easy it is to manage your account and keep track of your super.

  • Where can I find my account balance?

    You can find your current account balance by selecting the 'Accounts and transactions' tab option in Member Online.

  • How do I view my statements?

    You can view your statements by selecting the statements option under the 'Accounts and transactions' tab in Member Online. Here you can also choose to receive the statements by mail or electronically.

  • How do I make voluntary contributions via BPAY®?

    You can make a voluntary contribution via BPAY® by selecting the 'Make a contribution' section in Member Online and following the instructions on that page.

  • Where can I view my transaction history?

    You can view your transaction history in the Transactions page in the 'Accounts and transactions' section in Member Online.

  • Where can I find my member number?

    You can find out your member number by checking any of the following...

    You can find out your member number by checking any of the following:

    • Member statement
    • Welcome letter
    • Any correspondence from us
    • You can also find out your member number by contacting us (once we've verified your identity).
  • How can I register for Member Online?

    We've made registering for Member Online simple. To register, have your member number handy and fill out the online registration form - once complete, you'll have full access to your member account.

  • Can I change my password for Member Online?

    Yes - simply select the 'Change password' tab in the 'Personal details' section in Member Online and follow the instructions.

  • What if I forget my password?

    Simply visit the login page and select the 'Forgotten password' link and follow the instructions. If you're still experiencing difficulties logging into Member Online, please contact us.

  • What happens if someone finds out my member number and password?

    If you suspect that your password has become known to someone else, you should immediately change your password and contact us as soon as possible.
