• How do I register for a webinar?
  

  Click the registration link on the seminar schedule and register for the webinar. You will then be sent a confirmation email with instructions on how to join the webinar on the scheduled day and a link to a copy of the presentation allowing you to see the presentation before the webinar commences.

  To hear the webinar content

  Five minutes before the scheduled webinar start time, dial the appropriate toll-free  or local phone number shown in the confirmation email sent to you on registration.

  The voice prompt will ask you to enter the Guest Access Code, which is shown on the confirmation email you receive when you have registered, followed by the hash key (#).

  To see the webinar content

  Viewing the webinar on a PC or Mac® computer is easy. 

  Once you have registered, you can view the webinar at the scheduled time in two ways. You can click the "Join a webinar" button on the GESB website or the link in your confirmation email, which was automatically sent to you after registering.

  You do not need to pre-install any software prior to joining the webinar.

  The other way to join a webinar is to go to http://www.joinwebinar.com/, Then type or paste in the webinar ID provided in your confirmation email and enter your email address, click "Yes" or "Always" (or "Trust" on a Mac) if prompted to accept the download, and, if required, enter the webinar password provided by GESB.

  We also recommend that you test the link sent to you once you register before the scheduled event to ensure you computer can access the webinar facility.
  

• What if I can not view the presentation via "join a webinar"?
  

  If you can not access the presentation via the "Join a webinar" links, please refer to the presentation link in your webinar confirmation email, sent to you automatically from GESB once registering for the webinar. This email will contain a link which will take you to a PDF copy of the presentation.  You will also still be able to listen to the webinar via the telephone conference service.

• Can I join a webinar from my work computer?
  

  Some employer sites may have firewall software installed that may prevent the webinar online connection.  We recommend joining the webinar from you home computer. 

• Do I need a GoToWebinar account to attend the webinar?
  

  You do not need to have a GoToWebinar account to register for and join a Webinar organised by GESB.  You also do not need to pre-install any software prior to joining the webinar.  You participate as a guest of GESB, at no cost to you.

• What are the system requirements for attending a webinar?

  • Internet Explorer® 6.0 or newer, Mozilla® Firefox® 2.0 or newer (JavaScriptT and JavaT enabled)
  • Windows® 2000, XP, 2003 Server or Vista
  • Cable modem, DSL or better Internet connection
  • Minimum of Pentium® class 1GHz CPU with 512 MB of RAM (Recommended) (2 GB of RAM for Windows® Vista)
