Update your details to keep up to date with your super

It is important that we have your details recorded correctly so you can:

  • Avoid having 'lost' super
  • Receive your GESB account statements
  • Manage your super to prepare for your retirement

If your details change, the best way to update them is through Member Online, our secure online service. 

By registering for Member Online you can keep us up-to-date with your contact details so you never lose track of your super. You can also provide us with your Tax File Number so we can accept your contributions and ensure you're not paying more tax than you need to.

Member Online also lets you do the following:

  • Check your account balance and recent transaction history.
  • View and print your account statements.
  • Make contributions to GESB Super or West State Super via BPAY®.
  • Change your investment plan for West State Super and GESB Super.
  • View and change your insurance cover.
  • Print a personalised super consolidation form.
  • Change your preference for SuperMatch - to help find lost super
  • Register interest in receiving electronic statements.
  • View your current investment performance (N/A for Gold State Super).
