About Employer Online

Employer Online offers HR and payroll administrators a convenient, easy-to-use super fund management tool.

With Employer Online, you can:

  • Manage employee data
  • Submit contributions online via direct debit or direct credit
  • View contribution status and submission history
  • Access Gold State Super liability invoices
  • Access GESB account details 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Generate reports online

If you are not yet registered, please contact your Employer Relationship Manager.

Once registered, you will receive a User ID and password to login to Employer Online. If you experience any difficulties logging in, please contact your Employer Relationship Manager. If you forget your password, contact your Employer Online office administrator or your Employer Relationship Manager.

To access Employer Online we recommend the following minimum system requirements:

Hardware Requirements

  • An Internet connection with 28.8 kbs modem or better
  • At least 16MB of RAM
  • Recommended screen resolution of 800 x 600 or higher
  • Must be able to support 128-bit encryption (SSL)

Software Requirements

  • Windows users - 98 SE, NT 4.0 Workstation, 2000 Professional, XP Home & Professional
  • Mac users - Apple MacOS-X, Panther (v10.x)
  • Internet browsers - Internet Explorer 5 or better, Netscape 7, Mozilla 1, Safari 1
